* Wael conducted about 600 coaching hours for 150 clients.

* He is facilitating a program aiming for raising self-awareness using “Enneagram personality model” named “Journey to the Depth“ - Lead about 500 training hours for 120 trainees. * He has worked as a part time "Life Coach" & "Career Advisor", in TREE Human Resources for 3 years.

* Wael also participated as a "Co-facilitator" in “Design Your Life Program” in 2 rounds with Dr. Ahmad El Aawar.

* He worked as a part time training consultant at Save the Children International for a year.

* He volunteered as a “Career Advisor” in “Masr Ta3mal" initiative by "Microsoft", conducting about 31 hours for 30 clients.

* As a volunteer, Wael was a trainer at “Life Maker Foundation”, delivering about 250 training hours for about 1000 trainees on: Decision Making, Situational Leadership, Teamwork, Career Hunting, Presentation and Communication Skills for 5 years.

* He also lead a team of 30 volunteers to eliminate the illiteracy of 300 persons as a Project manager at Life Makers Egypt.

* Wael has a strong corporate background with 15+ years of experience in the top companies in the construction industry in MENA.
