I am currently the Head of Customer Service in Siemens Egypt & the Head of Engineering. I am leading the engineering team and the service team working in the industry sector. I have a very solid experience technically and I have a solid experience in team development and people development . I have more than 20 years of experience in corporate. I started my career as a service engineer , promoted to different roles from Team Leader to Project Manager till I am now the Head of Service Business Unit.
