Rawiah Abdallah

In her consulting experience with BCG, LOGIC and later as an independent consultant, Rawiah has been working with senior executives at governments and large companies since 2006. She lead the transformation projects of government organizations, advised and supported the execution of turnaround strategies, designed and implemented learning and innovation programs, and managed the implementation of reorganization projects in Egypt and the GCC.

Rawiah coaches executives of diverse background and expertise and has participated in multiple coaching initiatives aiming at capacity building of youth leaders, supporting executives in leading NGOs, and coaching young entrepreneurs. She also coached athletes and individuals going through transitions.

Rawiah is currently and independent strategy consultant with focus on serving major public service clients in GCC. She has been an active member in the startup community in Egypt since 2012 working with organizations such as the American University in Cairo, regional entrepreneurship development organizations, and youth employment and sustainability initiatives on designing and delivering their programs. In her capacity as a mentor and advisor, Rawiah served in multiple acceleration rounds at the AUC venture lab and Flat6Labs.

As a General manager of Infomineo, and Uber Eats, Rawiah has been hiring, managing and coaching middle managers for the past 8 years. Her roles required leading and successfully influencing stakeholders outside of her direct reporting lines in order to achieve business results.

Rawiah is a Holder of MBA from Harvard Business School (HBS), class of 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts with summa cum laude from the American University in Cairo (AUC) with a double major in Business Administration & Journalism and Mass Communication. She is a trained Coach: she completed the Life Coaching Program from Life Coaching Egypt - LCE- (170 ICF hours). She is a certified Enneagram practitioner from Enneagram Egypt and has successfully completed the introductory and advanced programs “Coaching with Enneagram by Ginger Lapid” delivered for the first time in Egypt in Dec 2019 (80 ICF hours).

Besides her management and coaching practice, Rawiah volunteers in supporting developmental organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. She is a mountaineer, triathlete, script writer, and world traveler."
