Rania Abu Rabea
She has over 30 years of executive experience, having worked in senior leadership positions in multinational organizations in Canada, UAE and Egypt. She graduated from Canada with a BSc in Computer Science, specializing in Forensic Engineering.
Rania founded THINK for Leader & Coach Development in 2014. She is Past President of the ICF Egypt chapter, and is a senior associate for Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and AUC School of Executive Education, facilitating leader and team transformation programs and coaching executive leaders. She is also a senior facilitator for ATD programs. In addition, Rania leads journeys and retreats for corporate, non-profit and social enterprise clients around the MENA region.
Rania has accumulated a record of 6200+ individual and group coaching hours, working with leaders in Egypt and around the world. She is an ICF-registered MCC mentor coach, and a designer and a senior faculty of ICF credentialed coaching programs. She is a certified Dare to Lead facilitator, Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Certified in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP).
In 2017, Rania was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential women in Egypt.
