Noha Abbas
Noha Abbas is a passionate and highly accomplished learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience in multinational corporations and consulting firms. She has cultivated diversified work experience in Egypt and the GCC region. Her latest role was the Head of Talent Development in Emaar, Saudi Arabia. Currently, she is a regional HR consultant and a faculty member of two ICF accredited coaching programs.
In addition to BSc in Economics from Cairo University, Noha earned her EMBA degree from IESE Business School, Spain. In 2015, She completed a Dialogical Coaching Diploma from Francisco de Vitoria University, Spain. In 2016, Noha became Associate Certified Coach “ACC” from the International Coach Federation ``ICF”
Noha is a certified facilitator of various leadership from renowned and reputable entities; IDDI, FranklinCovey and Ken Blanchard, with 200+ training programs delivered to 50+ multinational and regional companies. Noha worked closely with middle management and senior management employees in Telecom, Real-Estate Development, Banking, FMCG and Oil and Gas industries. Additionally, Noha has designed and led various strategic HR projects such as; Succession Planning, High Potential, Job Evaluation as a HAY certified, Assessment Centers as an SHL certified, and Change Management programs.
On a personal level, Noha is a triathlete and an adventurer. She has participated in many triathlon competitions. In 2013 & 2014, she cycled 2,000+km by participating in Paris – Dusseldorf & Budapest – Munchin cycling tours as a member of “GBI” for charity causes.
