Monica Larrabeiti
Mónica is the Director of the LCE Coaching Academy whose vision is to broadly expand the wisdom and impact of Coaching in the lives and businesses of the Middle East.
She has 30 years of experience in the Leadership arena both as a senior leader at P&G and as the founder of her Coaching company in Spain 15 years ago.
Mónica is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF. She has coached more than 4000 hours with a diversified portfolio of clients, especially C suite and directors in leading companies in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle-East. She has also mentored hundreds of coaches in their growth and accreditation paths with the ICF.
Her passion is to create encounters where people get to realize their true nature and allow their innate potential to unfold and achieve astounding results quite effortlessly. She also loves to dance, travel, read and her friends J.
Mónica is currently a Faculty member of LCE coaching Academy and of 2 other ICF accredited coaching schools and universities that operate worldwide. She loves to keep learning and exploring new approaches to human transformation and integrating them.
