Mohamed Saad; an executive & life coach, has a mindset that is open, curious, flexible and client centered. His studies in LCE coaching academy (the leading coaching school in the region) sharpened his coaching knowledge and skills promote him to be one of the professionals in the coaching field. His educational background in science and his passion to knowledge ,literature and research gives him the evidence based academic mindset then comes his career in oil and gas field which enhances his technical achievements and excellence. The harsh stressful circumstances of his job didn’t compromise his passion to people psychology. On the contrary both his passion to leading people’s behavior and his career circumstances contributes to have the unique mix of his personality. On one hand, Mohamed has a very powerful business perspective, sharp focused mental capabilities and resilience on the other hand he has a very advanced emotional intelligence edge that includes his deep listening skills, holding a safe space talent. "Executive and Life Coach" is what he has reached recently with a better scope to develop struggling organizations and individuals. The coaching has led him a path to exceed being a Facilitator & trainer for soft skills or a technical instructor, to be eager to get the best-focused skills and performance through various levels of any organization's hierarchy to achieve their settled goals and ROIS not only by numbers but with real skilled performing employees. Mohamed coaching style can be described as Deep, transformational and healing coaching. Through deep human connection, safe space, gentle yet challenging approach, he helps people in black hole or burnout and those going through tough times, stressful situations or cracks in life on multiple aspect either when life put them in a situation where they need to make big decisions or going through major transition. He also works on conflict resolution, helps people to connect to their real purpose in life and their values. He has conducted +1000 Facilitation hours +2000 Mentoring hours & +1000 Coaching hours including coaching executives, owners, C-suite leaders, managers and some key governmental/ public key positions in the ministry. Being part of LCE community and ICF (International Coaching Federation) community some of these hours were teams coaching, and coaching entrepreneurs with participation in youth support and career coaching initiatives like AUCHackathon, USAID and American chamber initiatives. He has academic experience in learning and development, designing and developing learning programs and technical teaching as one of his positions was teaching Assistant in MSA University | Faculty of dentistry Coaching came on top of being a Management & Technical Leader in Oil and Gas industry for 20 Years of Expertise, who had experienced multiple Managerial positions in The oil and gas industry in companies like MI-SWACO, A Schlumberger company, Egypt, KDF– MI SWACO Kuwait “North Kuwait” Agiba/ ENI-IEOC, Petro-Gulf, National Research Center| Water Industrial Pollution and National Research Center| Renewable Energy Department where he had several positions as a Line Manager / portfolio manager/ project manager / operation & technical support“. He had achieved many success milestones upon leadership skills and contemporary management applications through various levels of hierarchy.
