In addition to holding a Bachelor of Dentistry, Mohamed boasts coaching certificates from prestigious institutions worldwide, including
the Dialogical Coaching Certification from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Spain) in 2017, the LCE Coaching Certification Program
from Leadership Coaching Excellence (LCE) in 2018, the Professional Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation from The International
Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2024, and the Deep Coaching Certification from the Center for Transformational Coaching in 2020.
Currently, Mohamed serves as the Executive Coaching Project Manager at LCE, where he plays a pivotal role in leading and
managing executive coaching projects. He is a vital member of the LCE core team, serving as a faculty member and holding the
position of Executive Assistant to Ahmed El Aawar (CEO). This role allows him to shadow Ahmed during workshops and
preparations.
Beyond his professional commitments, Mohamed serves as an MCC mentor for coaches, having provided mentorship for over 500
hours in life, executive, and sports coaching. He also contributes as a consultant on significant projects, including the “Heidelberg
Egypt Culture Assessment,” and is involved in the development and delivery of the “Advanced Mentoring Program” and “Women
Empowerment Program.”
Prior to his coaching career, Mohamed held senior positions in the Ministry of Health (MOH) within the Preventive Medicine Sector,
showcasing a diverse and accomplished professional background.
