Moataz Eldemerdash is a passionate full time talent management professional, currently he is the Head of Talent Management at one of the biggest financial institutions in Egytp were he is leading a team to identify, assess and develop future leaders; certified SHL assessor since 2013 with experience in Egypt and the Gulf, coach and group facilitator, has been working in the human development field since 2003 with 18+ years of experience, he has got hands on experience in diverse specialization such as tele-marketing, administration, auditing, consulting, project management, human resources, & banking. Moataz is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC Level) from the International Coach Federation “ICF” and Certified Life coach from Francisco de Vitoria University/Life Coaching Egypt in 2015, with an MBA in Global Management from ESLSCA Business School in 2011; he is also the Head of Recruitment committee and member in the engagement committee at Middle East Leadership Academy; being in these roles helped him think outside his scope of work and create wider impact. Moataz is a member in Action for Happiness UK movement and a Certified Happiness Trainer from Happiness Studies Academy helping individuals and organizations create better spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational and emotional life. Recently elected for two years with ICF Egypt board as Director of Public Relations & Partnerships. Moataz has got unstoppable energy, vitality and strength when he is doing something close to his heart with an enthusiasm that infuses others with the energy to do what's right.
