Marwa Elmehelmy

Marwa is an accredited certified life coach, ACC with more than 100 hours coaching others mainly with the purpose of helping people develop their self-awareness, discover themselves and pursue their goals. Marwa has started her coaching career in 2019 where she found herself passionate about helping others explore their voice and nurture their true selves. She always believes that acting from her heart will touch the heart of her partner and this is where her connection edge with her clients glow. A perfectionist working Mom with 4 children, Marwa has always led a very busy, stressful, and anxious life. This was the driving force for her to join the Life Coaching Program where she found herself willing to slow down, find her inner peace and discover her true self. Life Coaching Program was a turning point in her life where she started discovering her emotions, thoughts, patterns, challenged her own belief system and cultivated a new lifestyle. Marwa has managed to complete her Transformational Deep Coaching Certificate with the Center of Transformational Coaching & Living where she always believed that the spiritual being is the door for knowing yourself and being aware of its powers. Marwa has coached individuals as well as engaged in Group Coaching where she discovered a new ability in herself of boosting the youth’s self-motivation, confidence, and teamwork. This was through volunteering in several youth programs including Shell NXplorers and Huawei competitions. These initiatives have always helped Marwa to fulfill her intention towards people and the world and they were also the way she realized her talents & skills in the Executive Coaching field. Marwa has been working in a Corporate Environment with 21 Years of progressive experience in the IT Field and is currently working as an IT Director for Applications & Business Excellence-Orascom Construction. Leading teams to achieve the company’s goals while focusing on the “human” as the main and most significant resource has helped Marwa engage in Career Coaching too making success stories out of it. She always found her passion in helping others, influencing their lives, and leaving positive footprints to help them achieve their targets and goals. She is also practicing Yoga and Meditation which are her means to calm down and connect to her true self. Marwa always believes in the power of love and wishes to have positive impact on all the beings around her including not only the humans, but also the animals, and plants. Marwa loves music, flowers and butterflies and has always hoped she was one. She is always willing to volunteer in any activity that would help others, heal the world, and make it a better place.
