Mahitab is a life coach and trainer, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem, Mahitab have had the privilege of working closely with ambitious entrepreneurs. She developed an understanding of the work dynamics and challenges the founders needs to overcome.She is currently involved in various projects where she is coaching teams and team leaders in different settings. She was in charge of coaching and judging teams at the Auc Hackathon and Shell initiative, where she provided coaching and actionable insights to navigate their challenges. Served as a mentor to numerous startups at WE INNOVATE 2023. Mahitab is a firm believer in the power of coaching to unlock human potential, She is a certified life coach from LCE , Certified mindfulness practitioner,a passionate learner and educator with special interest in the mindset, emotional awareness, mental health and wellbeing.
