Hany A. Gawad
Hany is a management consultant, certified facilitator and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). He is applying 15 years of consultancy, facilitation, coaching and learning experiences in the fields of personal and organizational development. He is currently the Head of Corporate Division at LCE.
He has conducted 7000+ facilitation hours and 700+ coaching and mentoring hours. He also led and delivered various consulting and transformation projects with diversified clients across Egypt & GCC. Hany is a passionate learner with a special interest in strategy, performance, mental & emotional agility, mindsets, thinking styles, and sport psychology fields. He has the experience of designing and developing learning programs. He is the designer of Sport Coaching Certification Program (SCCP), accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF), in collaboration with LCE Company. He has successfully co-facilitated the program, whereas practical experience and experiential learning are designed and delivered to learners. He attended the (EBI) Instructional Design Standards and Methods Program, by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET). He masters combining both theoretical principles and practical insights based on his academic studies, learning experiences and analytical skills.
He holds the Master of International Business Administration (MIBA). He also holds the Professional Diploma of Marketing Communication (IAA), American University in Cairo in cooperation with the International Advertising Association (IAA) attaining the 2nd place regional Middle East/Africa in the International Student Advertising Competition IAA lnlerAd Xll. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation (ICF), and Deep Coaching Intensive Foundation Program, Center for Transformational Coaching. He is a Certified Performance Audit Professional, KPI Institute. He also is a Certified Leadership Facilitator, Zenger Folkman, USA. He earned the Foundations of Positive Psychology Certification, Coursera in collaboration with University of Pennsylvania. Believing in balance & boosting mind and body energy, Hany practices the slow meditative martial art of Tai Chi and is a certified instructor.
