Ahmed El Aawar
Ahmed El Aawar is the co-founder of Leadership Coaching Excellence (LCE). A company which, in addition to being celebrated for culturally transforming and elevating the communities it is involved in, also provides world-standard team leadership and executive coaching programs among others.
In addition to that, Ahmed is a faculty member at Mckinsey & Company Academy, the worldwide management consulting firm, and a Senior Affiliate at Aberkyn.
He is also a Transformational Facilitator and for more than 14 years has focused on transferring his experience in transformation, leadership, coaching, and learning to some of the top teams globally.
Ahmed also happens to be the Performance and Personal Coach of many renowned top executives, athletes and celebrities which include the likes of Mohamed Salah, the professional Liverpool soccer player.
Ahmed has led many transformational engagements, programs and projects in more than 40 cities around the world including one with an established pharmaceutical company in Zurich, another with a leading FMCG in India, and several that involved government projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Not to mention, he has also facilitated some of the biggest acquisitions the business world has seen.
Ahmed holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management from Georgetown University and another in Cognitive Psychology from Columbia University. He is currently an Organizational Psychology PhD student at University of London College. He also teaches and certifies coaches in ICF accredited coaching certification programs that he personally designs.
Ahmed served for 14 years in multiple industries including: manufacturing, construction, telecommunication, FMCG and retail. He has additionally facilitated the transformation of well-known companies the likes of which encompass Vodafone, Siemens, Shell, Nedbank, Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Valeo, AstraZeneca, Mars, ABB, Air Liquide, Kraft Heinz, IKEA, and others.
Ahmed brings several years of experience in coaching (more than 7,000 hours of coaching) and experiential learning with a methodology that provides a consistent quality and excellence in the field. He is a lead faculty member at LCE Coaching Academy which offers coaching certifications accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), houses the largest professional community of coaches in the region, and exceeds 250 like-minded coaches that represent one of the largest pools of ICF certified coaches.
