We aim to offer one-of-a-kind transformative coaching programs in various specializations (Professional Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Sports Coaching). We bring together more than 15 years of experience in coaching and experiential learning with a methodology that enables us to sponsor quality and excellence in the field of coaching.
We are very proud to be offering Egypt’s only level 2 program which is formerly known as ACTP. A level 2 program is one that offers participants +125 Coach Training hours, 10 Mentoring hours, Oral and Written exam with LCE and allows you to get your Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) without any additional requirements once you have completed 100 or 500 Coaching hours and passed your CKA exam with the ICF.
Our level 1 program, formerly known as ACSTH, is the only program that includes the 10 mentoring hours, and oral and written exams with LCE at no additional cost. This type of program enables you to become an ACC with the ICF once you have completed your required coaching hours and passed your CKA with the ICF.
All programs require a preliminary interview prior to acceptance to ensure your readiness for the program. This interview helps in aligning expectations and offers you a professional opinion on where its learnings fit in your long term career plans.
Upon graduating from the program, you immediately join our #LCE_Community of over 300 like-minded coaches and have access to an ongoing support system and continuous education to keep excelling.
