Throughout her career, she served as HR Executive Director, playing pivotal roles in leading transformation and restructuring projects, organizational integration, change management, strategy alignments, and systems design and implementation. She notably contributed to the transformation journey of Hassan Allam from a family business to a corporate entity, and similarly influenced positive change at Orascom.
