Nadia Rabie

Nadia is a mental toughness coach and a certified trainer. Her forever passion is studying human psyche. She always loves to help people discover themselves, be better versions, and overcome their challenges. She has a great interest working with different age groups and genders, trusting that self-awareness can pave for better life. 

Nadia is a managing partner in MTC (Mental Toughness Coaching) where she played a key role in establishing the first firm of its kind in the region. She is currently looking after workshops content and designing which is a key pillar of the L&D for MTC.  

Through MTC, Nadia facilitated several workshops and trainings about mental toughness, resilience, motivation and others to different well known entities.

Following her passion in the L&D, Nadia joined LPT as a freelancer where she facilitated and co-facilitated several workshops and trainings in some companies like Deraya and J&J.

Driven by passion of transforming others lives, Nadia progressed her coaching career by completing both the foundation and the mastery levels of the Deep Coaching Intensive Program through Transformational Coaching in Taiwan. This is a unique program which provide the coach with powerful tools and knowledge dealing with clients at different levels and energies. 

Nadia joined several start-up coaching initiatives, twice with Shell and thrice with AUC both as a coach  and as a judge , where her team won first place and prize. 

For her love of continues learning, Nadia had recently finished Wisdom Integrated Professional Coaching Program (WIPCP) with LCE. A powerful program that will indeed enhance her coaching competencies and prepare her to finish her PCC through the ICF.
